Jasmine Alexander
The jewellery design house that defies convention,
where classical embraces down right edgy, where concept embraces depth and opulence abounds... welcome to
the golden, brilliant world of Jasmine Alexander.
Not one to be deterred, Jasmine found herself in an accident in
2007 that took part of her finger, so she built another one, in 18ct
rose, yellow and white gold..
Jasmine Alexander has always been
gripped by a love affair with two entities, Design and Literature.
After attending two Colleges and then taking on an Apprenticeship in
London's Jewellery Quarter Hatton Garden, Jasmine then spent several
years flitting between her two loves, working for between 1-2 years for
Companies as a Jeweller and then leaving, living on what little money
was saved, to concentrate on literature and her love of poetry.
After
10 years of this double life and a romantic life style that found her
living on a roof beneath the Surrey night sky in search of the perfect
prose, and after having literary works published, Jasmine decided to
merge her passions by binding them with the conceptual thread that
courses through her every thought.
Since then, Jasmine has
successfully met with the Amnesty International (for her Rebel-Lion
brand) and was invited to show her new Collection (one of only three
British Designers), in Paul Smith's Mayfair gallery to National press
and an invitation-only audience and then for public viewing.
Jasmine also does freelance work for retail shops across the UK, Ireland and National and International Designers.
